Can I put a graphic in my invoice template?
The invoice template is great, but I'd like to put a graphic in there. How can I do that?

If you're using an RTF template, just drag & drop the image into the template editor. If you're using HTML, you'll need to use an image tag, and then put the image in the template package via the Finder. If you need help with that last part, let me know.

Browse to this folder in the Finder: /Users/yourUserName/Library/Application Support/IGG Software/iBiz/Templates/
Find the template you want to edit (I'd suggest sorting by date modified to help), then Control-click on the .biztemplate file and choose "Show Package Contents". Place any images in that folder, and you can even edit the HTML and CSS files directly (handy if you like to use a different HTML editor). Be sure to quit and relaunch iBiz after making any changes in the package, and you should see your images in your template the next time you generate an invoice (assuming you put in valid img tags as mentioned above).

Where do the templates go when I click "done?" I seem to have lost an invoice somehow.
How can I change font if I have cut/pasted text into the template?

You can view the invoices saved under a particular client by selecting the client and clicking the "Billing" tab next to "Projects". To edit the font of some text in an RTF template, open the template for editing and choose Edit > Template Editing > Font > Show Fonts.
