I downloaded my initial transactions in the format mm/dd/yy, I believe. The year showed up as 20 versus 2010. I realized this mistake and changed the format to mm/dd/yyyy. However, my initial transactions are not in order with the new ones. I'd like to modify my initial transactions to reflect the format mm/dd/yyyy. I assume this would put them in order with the latest imported information. I am able to highlight them all, but can't figure out how to change the date format. Is this even possible once entered? Do I have to do it transaction by transaction? Suggestions?

Unfortunately, at the current time, iBank is not capable of doing a mass edit like this. Certain operations are possible on a selection of multiple transactions: the Transaction menu contains commands for changing cleared, category, and type. But not a date update.

There's a standing feature request for batch transaction editing in our tracking system, and I've updated our records to reflect your interest; our development team will consider adding this functionality for a future version.

For the time being, you'll need to delete and re-import the offending transactions. You can select them all and delete once.
